During a visit, most jobs will be resolved within 1 hour. However, if an engineer will need to take your computer back to the workshop to perform upgrades and repairs. This will usually be done within 24 hours in order to totally minimize any inconvenience and down-time.
We firmly believe that we offer the best service in the area, and work on a no call out fee basis. We work on an hourly rate of £40, excluding parts.
