We will endeavour to fix all common hardware faults whilst visiting your home to get you up and running as soon as possible. If we need to take your computer to our workshop for upgrades and repairs etc we will usually be back to your home, with your fixed computer within 24 hours.
We offer an upgrade service should you need extra space to store music, films or pictures. Do you need a DVD burner to store your family photo's on disk? A new set of surround speakers or a bigger monitor? Call us or e-mail and see what is possible.
Virus and spyware issues
We can visit your home to ensure that your PC is free of all Virus and spyware. You can usually tell you are suffering from this common problem if you are getting pop ups, your computer is running very slowly or will not run at all. We can install Anti-virus software and a firewall, should you not have this facility. We will also advise on email security practice and other PC security related issues
Printer and scanner faults
If your printer or scanner is not running or working properly, we will fix the problem at your home. We can install and configure printers and scanners making sure you are ready to print and scan before we leave. We can also add printers and scanners to your home network.
Data back-up and retrieval
Your data is very important. Therefore, we offer a back up service where we will visit your home and back up your data onto an external device or to DVD or CD. We will provide any external hard drive needed at a small additional cost. We can also try to retrieve lost data using third party software.
Internet/Broadband/Email set up and configuration
If you are in need of some help setting up your new broadband connection, internet connection, or perhaps setting up an email with a password etc, we will come directly to your home and sort all this out for you in no time at all. We also offer advice if you are considering broadband and are not sure where to start looking. We will liaise with the internet provider for you then can arrange with you to come to your home when you are first connecting to your new broadband.
Network installs and configuration
Perhaps you would like to surf the internet whilst in bed or maybe check your bank balance sitting in the garden. If this is the case we can visit your home and install a wireless network. When finished we will also run through all the necessary pointers of how to connect and maintain your network. If a wired network is the way you want things, no problem.
